I think my favorite line is when he disputes the difference between being asleep at the wheel and being passed out at the wheel.
I almost didn't recognize the guy without his ridiculous sunglasses that he always wears night and day.
I just sent this out to a few friends and was surprised that most of them hadn't seen it yet. But I guess not everyone is as obsessed with the genius that is Tony La Russa as much as I am. So I might as well just post it in this space.

Cut the guy some slack! You're just upset about the NLCS still. I mean seriously, he had an inner-ear infection that gave him vertigo. That happens often, no? =)
I was probably as pissed as anyone that TLR was brought back for two more years. But honestly, I do feel a bit of sympathy toward him after seeing this video. It's more because I've never seen my great manager reduced to such a helpless person.
Yet I also find his attitude in the footage to be representative of TLR on the whole, and why he's having a big public spat with Scott Rolen, and why I don't like him as a manager. "Do you know who I am?" "What would you consider to be a big number?" Etc. He's full of himself in a manner that just grates on my nerves.
